This policy describes what Pipfolio collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service and never sell your personal data.
1. Data we collect
Account details (via our authentication provider), the trades and notes you record, connected broker-account metadata, and basic usage analytics needed to operate the service.
2. How we use it
To provide journaling and analytics, track prop-firm rule compliance, power optional AI review, process billing, and improve Pipfolio. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-party processors
We rely on trusted providers for authentication, database hosting, payments, broker connectivity, email, and AI. Each processes data only as needed to deliver their part of the service.
4. Data security
Secrets are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser. Connections are encrypted in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
5. Your rights
